Campsite Les Bruyères de Carnac
1 - Booking request
* This contract is in the name of the person and is strictly limited to the capacity of the accommodation or pitch and to the number of people declared on the contract, as specified in our brochure or on our website. A baby is considered as a child and counts as one of the maximum number of occupants of the accommodation or pitch.
A maximum number of adults per pitch or accommodation is indicated on our website, and must be respected.
Each accommodation has its own parking space inside the campsite; any additional vehicles must be parked in the outside car park, unless a supplement is paid.
* It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that all the information displayed conforms to the information selected by the Customer, it being understood that any modification or change to the information displayed by the Customer is strictly prohibited.
Any subsequent cancellation of the order will give rise to invoicing in accordance with the terms hereof.
* Our prices do not include: the sale or hire of bed linen, cancellation insurance, booking fees, cleaning, paying activities offered by the hotel.

* All day visitors must pay a visitor's fee, bearing in mind that visitors are not allowed access to the swimming pool.
2 - The price of the stay
*The price indicated at the time of booking is valid only on the date of booking, subject to availability.
The price indicated on a quotation is valid only on the day on which the quotation was drawn up.
Benefits and promotions offered by the Company after the booking date are not retroactive.
Our prices may vary upwards or downwards during the year; only bookings that have been validated and confirmed by our services are not subject to these variations.
3 - Booking and payment
* In order for the booking to be valid, the customer must be of legal age and capable.
Minors who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian are not accepted.
* On receipt of your booking request and account, and subject to availability, you will be sent a booking confirmation and a payment statement.
If we run out of availability, your deposit (corresponding to 30% of your rental + booking fees + cancellation insurance + additional services) will be returned to you.
When you arrive at reception, you will need to show your booking confirmation.
By booking at our campsite, you acknowledge that you have read and accept our general terms and conditions of sale.
* The voucher allowing the Customer to benefit from their stay will be sent to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer once the total amount of the reservation has been paid.
Customers must pay the balance of their booking (including tourist tax) no later than 30 days before their arrival on the site, whether they are renting a pitch or accommodation.
4 - Payment methods
* Depending on the booking method chosen, the following payment methods are accepted:
- Bank card (CB),
- ANCV holiday vouchers (If this method of payment is used, it is advisable to send the completed vouchers to the Company by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by any other secure means).
Only holiday vouchers actually received will be counted.
It is the Customer's responsibility to check the number before sending.
Under no circumstances can the Company be held responsible for the non-receipt of ANCV cheques.

* All payments must be sent to the following address: Kerogile, 56340 Carnac.
It is the Customer's responsibility to pay the balance of the price of the holiday, using one of the methods of payment specified herein, no later than 1 month before their arrival on the site.
If payment is not received within this period, the Company reserves the right to consider the booking as cancelled and the conditions for cancellation by the customer will apply.
* No discount is granted for early payment.
No refunds will be made for early departures.
* If you wish to extend your stay, payment must be made in advance to reception.
5 - Reviews
*The Customer is hereby informed and accepts that the reviews submitted concerning the holidays may be used for promotional purposes.
In this case, the wording may be modified to ensure that it is clearly understood by all.
However, the positive or negative direction will never be changed.
6 - Stay
* Arrival and departure times are indicated on the booking confirmation or on the website.
* Customers may access their accommodation from 5pm on the day of arrival and must vacate it by 10am on the day of departure.
* Customers may access their camping pitch (tent, caravan, camper van) from 2pm on the day of arrival, and must vacate it by 12 noon on the day of departure.
A supplement may be charged for any excess.
* No refund, even partial, will be given by the Company in the event of arrival outside the authorised times, after the reservation date or early departure by the Client.
* It is the Customer's responsibility to carry out an inventory of fixtures, using the document provided for this purpose and given by reception (inventory of equipment, state of equipment and state of cleanliness) of the Accommodation within 24 hours of arrival.
Any claim must be presented to a representative of the Company on site.
The latter will do everything in its power to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
No claims will be accepted after this deadline.
* The Customer undertakes to respect and to ensure that the occupants of the Accommodation and the Pitch respect the house rules and the swimming pool rules.
The Customer is hereby informed that, for reasons of hygiene, unless medical justification is provided, access to the swimming pool is reserved for people dressed in swimming costumes (swimming trunks/one-piece or two-piece swimming costumes) and who are customers of the campsite.
* Individual barbecues and electric planchas are permitted (not supplied).
Charcoal barbecues are tolerated provided that they are positioned away from hedges and accommodation, and that a basin of water is placed next to them in case flames are projected.
* In the event of non-compliance with the campsite rules and/or the swimming pool rules, these general conditions and/or an attitude that is contrary to the calm and serenity of the campsite by a customer and/or the occupants of the Accommodation or Pitch concerned, the campsite representative, after a formal notice has remained without effect or immediately depending on the seriousness of the offence, may ask the person(s) in question to leave the campsite before the end of the stay.
This situation will not give rise to any right to reimbursement, even partial, of the stay.
Group members are individually bound by the rules of procedure.
7 - Animals
* Only dogs (except category 1 and 2) and cats are accepted, with a limit of 2 per booking, except in the Confort35/2/2 (Taos) mobile homes.
During the stay, the customer must carry the animal's up-to-date vaccination record.
Pets are the responsibility of their owners and must be kept on a lead.
They must not be left unattended on the premises or alone in the accommodation.
The Customer must ensure that the area is kept clean after the animals have left.
* A fee will be charged per animal per day on site.
8 - Tent - Boat - Vehicle - Trailer - Arbour - Other facilities
* The installation of an additional tent is authorised on the pitches, only within the limit of the maximum number of occupants on the pitch concerned, and after payment of the "additional vehicle" fee.
The same applies to any additional installation (boat, motorbike, trailer, arbour, etc.).
9 - Tourist tax - Eco participation
* The amount of the provision for tourist tax, per day and per person over 18 years of age, is collected on an actual basis and must be paid in addition to the proposed rates, at the time of booking.
The amounts collected are provisional.
It may happen that the tax increases, in which case customers will be asked to pay a supplement.
The tourist tax is collected on behalf of the municipalities and may be increased by an additional tax levied by the département.
Tourist tax is payable at the latest when the balance of the stay is paid.
* In addition to the tourist tax, an eco-participation tax may also be collected.
10 - Security deposit
* A deposit of €300 will be required when the keys are handed over.
The customer is obliged to check and report any anomalies in their accommodation on the same day.
Any dissatisfaction with the general condition, inventory or cleanliness of the accommodation must be reported to the accommodation provider by the customer within 24 hours.

No claims will be accepted after this deadline.
The deposit will be returned to the customer once the accommodation provider has checked the inventory, cleanliness and condition of the accommodation and the pitch as a whole.
In the event of departure outside the inventory of fixtures times, the deposit will be returned to the customer within a week of the customer's departure, unless the deposit is forfeited.
* Rentals must be returned in perfect condition, perfectly cleaned, tidy and with the inventory checked.
Any broken, damaged or missing item will be charged to the customer, as well as the restoration of the premises, should this prove necessary.
* The customer is responsible for cleaning and tidying the accommodation at the end of their stay.
- If the customer benefits from an "End of stay cleaning" service (free or paying), he/she must return the accommodation in a good general state of repair:
* Accommodation tidy, kitchen and fridge clean, crockery cleaned and put away, rubbish emptied and taken to the rubbish bins at the campsite exit.
If this is not the case, the accommodation provider reserves the right to charge the customer a cleaning supplement of up to €35.
- If the customer does not benefit from the "End of stay cleaning" service, he/she is required to leave the accommodation completely and perfectly clean and tidy, with the kitchen and fridge clean, the crockery cleaned and tidy, the rubbish emptied and taken to the rubbish bins located at the campsite exit, respecting selective sorting and ready to welcome the next customer.
If the customer fails to clean the accommodation properly before departure, the accommodation provider reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee at the current rate plus €100 (incl. VAT) for rental accommodation.
* Additional deposits may be required.
11 - Responsibilities
* Open-air hotels are not covered by the liability of hoteliers under article 1952 of the French Civil Code.
Consequently, the Company cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings in the campsite, car parks or communal areas.
* The photographs, plans and drawings illustrating our accommodation on the website, advertising inserts, social networks, brochure, etc. are for illustrative purposes only.
Please refer to the written description of the layout of each property for the exact composition of each accommodation (available on our website in the "accommodation" section).
* The Company may not be held criminally or civilly liable for the consequences resulting from inappropriate or unauthorised use of the Websites or their content by users or any other third party.
- Furthermore, the Company shall not be held liable for the non-performance or improper performance of the contract entered into in the event of fault on the part of the Customer, in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party unrelated to the provision of the services provided for in the contract.
- In any event, in the event that the Company is found to be liable for any reason whatsoever, any compensation shall be limited to the cost of the stay.
12 - Changes
* Changes made by the Customer :
On request, the Customer may ask for the dates and/or type of accommodation of their stay to be changed, subject to availability.
Customers may request a change to their booking only once during the season and no more than 2 weeks before the start of their stay.
No deferrals will be accepted for the following season.
- An administrative fee of 25 (twenty-five) euros will be charged for changes to the stay.
- If the price of the new booking is lower than the price of the initial booking, the difference between the two stays will be refunded to the Customer.
- If the cost of the new stay is higher, the Customer must pay the difference between the two bookings.
The Customer's attention is drawn to the fact that in the event of a change to the holiday, he/she will not be able to benefit from promotions subsequent to the initial reservation.
The date of the first reservation will be taken as the reference date.
If the Company is unable to comply with the Customer's request for a change, the initial stay will be maintained unless the Customer cancels.
In the latter case, the cancellation conditions will apply.
* Modification by the Company :
The Company may need to modify the holiday before it begins.
In this case, it will inform the Customer as soon as possible, in a clear and comprehensible manner and on a durable medium.
The Company must inform you of the repercussions on the price when it notifies you of the change.
The Customer must respond to the Company's proposal for substitution within the period indicated.
The Customer may :
- or cancel.
The Company will then refund all payments already made (including booking fees and any insurance taken out).
- agree to take part in the modified holiday.
If this change results in a reduction or increase in the price of the holiday, the Company will cover this difference in price either by refunding the difference to the Client or by covering the increase in the price of the holiday.
If the Customer fails to reply within the time limit indicated, the company will automatically cancel the holiday.
13 - Cancellation
* Cancellation by the customer, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt (the date of receipt being taken into account for the deadlines indicated below).
If the Customer cancels the booking :
- More than 60 days before the start of the holiday, the Company undertakes to reimburse the Customer in full, after deduction of the booking fee (€20) and the holiday cancellation fee (€25).
- Between 31 days and 60 days before the start of the holiday, the Company undertakes to reimburse the Customer 50% (fifty per cent) of the cost of the holiday, less administration costs (€20) and holiday cancellation costs (€25).
- Less than 31 days before the start of the holiday, La Société reserves the right to retain all sums paid, including booking fees.
If the customer has not paid the full amount of the holiday less than 4 weeks before it begins, the company will consider the holiday to have been cancelled by the customer and reserves the right to retain all sums already paid, including booking fees.
14 - Cancellation insurance
A "Campez Couvert" cancellation insurance policy is offered at the time of booking, at an additional cost.
The insurer will send the insurance conditions directly to customers.
15 - Complaints
* Any complaint must, as far as possible, be reported by the Customer during their stay to the management so that the latter can remedy the non-conformity or establish it.
* If necessary, the Customer may refer the matter to the Consumer Ombudsman, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by registered letter or recorded delivery, to the Company.
The Company's Mediator is the association CM2C - Centre de médiation et règlement amiable des huissiers de justice.
All requests for mediation must be sent electronically to www.CM2C.netor by post to CM2C, 14 rue Saint Jean, 75017 Paris.
In application of the provisions of article 1368 of the French Civil Code, it is expressly agreed that the data stored in the information systems of the Company and/or its partners have evidential value.
Thus, the data on computer or electronic media thus stored, if produced as evidence by the Company in any litigation or other proceedings, will be admissible, valid and enforceable between the parties.
16 - Personal data
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, and the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, the Customer is hereby informed that the personal data marked as compulsory collected as part of the booking process is necessary for the execution of the holiday.
Personal data relating to customers is processed by the Company to create and manage customer accounts, manage bookings (payment, customer reception), personalise offers, measure satisfaction and for marketing purposes (customer knowledge, advertising targeting, etc.).

17 - General provisions
* Should any of the clauses of this contract be rendered null and void by a change in legislation or regulations or by a court ruling, this shall in no way affect the validity of and compliance with these general terms and conditions.
* All reservations are strictly personal to the Client who made them, and the rights and obligations resulting from the contract may not be transferred in any form or for any reason whatsoever to third parties by the Client without the prior written authorisation of the Company.
* The Customer undertakes to respect and to ensure respect for the provisions of the campsite's internal regulations by all persons residing with and under the responsibility of the Customer.
The Customer and his/her guests must not disrupt the operation of the campsite and must not jeopardise the safety of the campsite or persons on the campsite.
In the event of serious or repeated breaches of these provisions and of these conditions, the Customer and those accompanying him/her may be asked to leave the campsite before the end of their stay.
In this case, no request for reimbursement or compensation will be accepted.
* The Customer must take out civil liability insurance with the insurer of their choice.
* You can register free of charge on a BLOCTEL telephone marketing opposition list (www.bloctel.gouv.fr) so that you are no longer canvassed by telephone by a professional with whom you have no current contractual relationship, in accordance with the French Consumer Act no. 2014-344 of 17 March 2014.

18 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
* These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute arising between the Parties relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms and Conditions which cannot be resolved amicably by the Parties shall be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions of ordinary law.
* The Company informs the Customer of the possibility of having recourse to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method in the event of a dispute relating to these general terms and conditions:

19 - Early Booking 2024
* Offer -10% valid throughout the season for stays of at least 7 consecutive nights from the opening of the campsite to 12 July and from 23 August to the closing of the campsite, for bookings made before 31 January 2024.
Offer subject to conditions, non-retroactive, cannot be combined with all other current offers, subject to availability and applicable only to a stay in accommodation or a pitch.
20 - Low season promotions 2024
* Offer - 10% on bookings of 2 full and consecutive weeks (14 nights) minimum over the period from the opening of the campsite to 30 June and over the period from 1 September to closing time.
Offer subject to conditions, non-retroactive, cannot be combined with all other current offers, subject to availability and applicable only to a stay in accommodation or a pitch.
* Offer - 20% on a minimum booking of 3 complete and consecutive weeks (21 nights) over the period from the opening of the campsite to 12 July and over the period from 23 August to closing time.
Offer subject to conditions, non-retroactive, cannot be combined with all other current offers, subject to availability and applicable only to a stay in accommodation or a pitch.
