We would be grateful if you could confirm your expected date and time of arrival on site, so that we can organise your arrival as efficiently as possible, either by text message or by e-mail.

At Auray, take the Quiberon exit and follow the Quiberon-Plouharnel D768. Then, 2 km before Plouharnel, at the roundabout, follow the signs for "Les Bruyères" on your left (3rd exit). If you are coming from Carnac, follow signs for Auray, and turn left at the roundabout towards Kerlann Camping.
We remind you that your stay must be paid in full before your arrival (either by bank card, ancv holiday voucher, cheque or bank transfer).
La reception is located at the entrance to the campsite on the left of the car park.
THE RECEPTION :
- in spring: every day from 9am to 12pm and from 2.30pm to 6pm, until 06 July 2025,
- July-August: 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 7pm (until 29 August),
- in September: from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6pm (from 30 August).
If you arrive outside these times, please contact us in advance, during opening hours, so that we can make the best possible arrangements for your reception.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
YOUR RENTAL ACCOMMODATION :
Your accommodation will be made available to you on the day of your scheduled arrival, from 16H (17H in July/August) and must be vacated no later than 10H. Where possible, we will send you an SMS to let you know when your accommodation is available.
During bank holiday weekends in April and May, you may be able to arrive earlier and leave later (please send us an e-mail indicating the date and time you expect to arrive); we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
Please respect the maximum number of adults per accommodation indicated on our website. If the maximum number of adults is exceeded, the management has the right to refuse additional people in the accommodation booked.
Please note that a vehicle is allocated to each pitch for parking, either on your pitch or close to your pitch, according to the instructions we will give you. You are not allowed to park on a campsite pitch (if you do, you will be charged extra for this).
If you wish to bring a second vehicle onto the campsite, you will have to pay a supplement of €3 per day. We will tell you where to park.
We would like to point out that we are not equipped to charge electric vehicles, and that it is forbidden to charge your vehicle using the standard sockets in your accommodation or on your pitch.
Blankets and pillows are provided. Please bring your own household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.). We also provide mattress and pillow protectors; please put them in place before we place your sheets and pillowcases. We can sell you kits of disposable sheets, depending on your needs. For information, the double beds in the Comfort, Privilege and Premium mobile homes are 160*200 (except for the Privilege 40-4 4bedroom, where the 2 double beds are 140*190). For the Classic range, the 2-person beds are 140x190.
We would also be grateful if you could let us know if, even inadvertently, you damage anything in the mobile home or on the site.
SECURITY DEPOSIT :
For rental accommodation, a deposit cheque for €300 per property will be required on arrival. Please make this out in advance to save time at reception. It is also possible to pay the deposit by credit card.
For accommodation with a private whirlpool spa, an additional deposit of €350 is required, for a total of €650.
The deposit will be returned to you, after the departure inventory in the presence of a campsite representative, less, if necessary, the cost of damaged or missing equipment (rate based on the estimated amount of the invoice), or end-of-stay cleaning, if the accommodation is not left in a satisfactory state of cleanliness, in the immediate vicinity of the allocated pitch, any rented furniture and the interior of the accommodation (the usual cleaning charge plus an additional charge of at least €35 will be invoiced).
CLEANLINESS OF ACCOMMODATION :
Your comfort is important to us, and we attach great importance to the cleanliness and upkeep of your rental property. However, should you notice any inconvenience, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can take action on the day of your arrival if possible.
Please note that we do not provide sponges, tea towels or cleaning products, so please bring your own equipment to ensure that your accommodation is clean.
INVENTORY OF FIXTURES, CLEANING PACKAGE :
On your departure, we would be grateful if you could leave the property in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived, paying particular attention to the following:
- sanitary facilities (shower door, washbasin, toilet, cleaned shower drain and shower tray outlet)
- in the kitchen (microwave, coffee machine, fridge (clean and dry, defrosted, switched off, door open, dishes washed, dried and collected)
- cleaning windows, door frames and terrace (including garden furniture)
- take your rubbish and disposable towels to the containers provided at the campsite entrance, respecting selective sorting (remember to bring your different rubbish bags: bio-waste, packaging, household rubbish),
- clean the outside of your accommodation (no paper, cigarette butts, etc. on the pitch).
If you wish, you can choose the "end-of-stay cleaning" option at a cost of €65 for 1 or 2 bedrooms and €80 for 3 and 4 bedrooms, and €100 for the premium private spa mobile homes.
If you opt for the cleaning package, all we ask is that you empty your fridge, turn it off and leave it open, that you empty your rubbish bins (and disposable mattress covers) and take them to the rubbish bins at the entrance to the campsite, and that you make sure that all the crockery is washed, dried and put away.
If the cleaning has to be done by us without having been planned in advance (at least two days before your departure), we will charge you a cleaning fee corresponding to the usual cleaning fee plus €35.
* You are kindly requested to make an appointment two days before your departure so that we can arrange a time to inspect your accommodation on departure.
YOUR CAMPING PITCH (tent, caravan, motor home):
You can choose pitches with electricity or pitches with electricity + water + drainage (with a supplement of €4.50 per day).
Your pitch will be made available to you on the day of your scheduled arrival, from 14H and must be vacated by no later than 12H.
During bank holiday weekends in May, you may be able to arrive earlier and leave later (please send us an e-mail to let us know the date and time you expect to arrive; we will do our best to accommodate you).
Please note that one vehicle is allocated to each pitch. You are not allowed to park on another camping pitch (if you do, you will be charged extra for that pitch).
We thank you in advance for leaving your pitch tidy and clean on the day of your departure.
The maximum number of people permitted on a pitch is 6 (including a maximum of 4 adults), with a single accommodation on the pitch. If you wish to install additional accommodation, you must request authorisation from Reception, and pay €3 per additional accommodation per night, up to a maximum of 6 people on the pitch (including a maximum of 4 adults).
If you wish to bring a second vehicle or equipment onto the campsite, you will have to pay a supplement of €3 per day per additional vehicle or equipment (vehicle, tent, pergola, trailer, motorbike, etc.).
Please note that we are not equipped to charge electric vehicles.
You can reserve a fridge (€5 per day; €150 deposit), subject to availability.
Important information: Don't forget to bring your "European plug" adapter for the electrical connection.
ENTRY / EXIT BARRIER :
Automatic gates are installed at the entrance to the site. You can open them using the personal code given to you on arrival. To leave the site, gently drive your vehicle towards the barrier on the right and it will open automatically. Please do not force the barriers; if you do, you will be charged for the cost of repairing them.
No vehicles are allowed on the campsite between 11pm and 7am, except in emergencies.
If you arrive after 11pm, you must park your vehicle in the car park outside the campsite (but not along the road).
We would like to remind you that a campsite is private property, and that only people registered at reception are authorised to enter the site. It is therefore forbidden to give your barrier access code to anyone who is not registered at reception.
LATE ARRIVALS :
Arrivals are generally :
- for rental accommodation (mobile homes, etc.): from 4.00 pm (17H00 in July & August), and departures before 10.00 a.m.
- for camping pitches: from 2.00 p.m., and departures before 12.00 p.m.
If you do not arrive during reception opening hours, you must contact reception, preferably a few days before your arrival or before 5pm on the day of your arrival, on 02 97 52 30 57 or by text message on 06 20 59 72 96.
If the campsite is unable to receive you at the times you require, the cost of any overnight accommodation will be borne solely by you, without you being entitled to any reimbursement.
A table for late arrivals will be set up outside reception. If you give us sufficient notice, an envelope will be waiting for you on this table so that you can get to your pitch.
When you arrive at the campsite car park, you'll see reception on your left. Take the 3 steps between the cannons and head for the terrace to the right of reception, where you'll see the table for late arrivals.
Please note that vehicles may not enter the campsite after 11 p.m. (if this is the case, you will have to take your belongings with you on foot). The gate will not open after 11 p.m., so please leave your vehicle in the car park outside or outside the campsite (but under no circumstances along the road).
NUMBER OF BERTHS / BABY :
Your accommodation is designed for a maximum number of people (respecting the maximum number of adults indicated on our website). A baby and/or young child counts as one person.
Your pitch is designed for a maximum of 6 people (including a maximum of 4 adults). Babies and/or young children count as one person.
Also, no tent can be set up next to your accommodation to accommodate extra people. If you exceed the stated number of people, the site management is entitled not to welcome you on site and you will be obliged to make your own arrangements for your stay. No refund will be made.
Only people registered in your booking are accepted on our site. The establishment has the right to refuse people whose names do not appear on the booking. You must inform us of any changes to the list of participants before your arrival.
VERY LARGE VEHICLE or SECOND VEHICLE
As a general rule (and unless otherwise stated), the price includes a parking space for a normal-sized vehicle next to or close to your accommodation. Very large vehicles and vehicles with trailers may be refused parking and will have to be parked in the car park at the entrance to the campsite.
A second vehicle may be accepted for a supplement of €3 per day per vehicle, or refused.
Make sure you ask before you leave if you are leaving with several vehicles or with a vehicle that does not fit into a standard parking space.
There is a car park at the entrance to the campsite, just before the entrance/exit gates.
YOUR PET
Dogs, cats and other animals are exceptionally allowed on the campsite (except category 1 and 2 which are prohibited), for a fee of €3 per day per animal up to a maximum of 2 (prohibited in Comfort+35-2-2 mobile homes).
They must be kept on a lead, and you must ensure that they leave the environment clean after their visit. Under no circumstances should they be left alone in the mobile home. Make sure they have an up-to-date vaccination certificate, which you will be asked to produce if your mobile home is inspected.
Pets are not allowed on benches, chairs, beds, etc.
We would remind you that any damage, soiling or other inconvenience may incur your deposit or civil liability.
ACCOMMODATION or ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT ON YOUR SITE
If you wish to install additional accommodation or equipment (e.g. small tent, trailer, pergola, boat, etc.) on your pitch or close to your pitch, within the limit of the number of people authorised on the rented pitch and after authorisation from us, you must pay the sum of €3 per additional accommodation or equipment per day.
ELECTRIC CARS
Please note that it is forbidden to charge electric cars on the campsite. Our facilities are not designed for this, and it could lead to overheating of the plugs, which could be dangerous.
There are kiosks at Carnac bourg, Carnac plage and the Super U at Carnac plage.
ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
Planchas, barbecues and other electrical appliances are not permitted.
YOUR GUESTS
An entry fee will be charged to your guests if the total number of people on the pitch is greater than that considered for accommodation: €3 per person (including children) per day. Please note that visitors are not allowed to sleep on the campsite, unless you have made arrangements with reception.
You must check your guests in at reception and collect them from outside reception before they can enter the estate. You will be responsible for your guests' compliance with the campsite rules. They are not allowed to park their vehicles on the campsite, only in the car park near reception.
Visitors are not permitted to use the pool facilities.
TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax is €0.60 per night, per person aged 18 and over (subject to changes notified by the Commune).
CHOICE OR PREFERENCE FOR ONE OR MORE LOCATIONS
If you would like to choose a particular mobile home, a group of pitches or if you have a preference for a particular area, we will do our best to accommodate your request. In order to guarantee your request, any choice or preference will be charged at an additional €10 per pitch.
For certain reasons beyond our control, we may not be able to meet your request.
PAYMENT FOR YOUR STAY
A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount has been requested to confirm your booking.
The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival, failing which we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
We accept holiday vouchers (ANCV), which must be sent before your arrival, always respecting the payment deadline. They must be completed with your full name and address, as well as the name of Les Bruyères de Carnac in the partner rectangle.
There is no discount for early payment. No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.
INTERNAL REGULATIONS
Holidaymakers, as well as persons covered by the rental contract and their guests, undertake to respect the campsite's internal rules. Holidaymakers are responsible for the actions of their guests. The house rules are displayed at reception.
RECEPTION OF MINORS
For obvious reasons of safety (swimming pool, possible evacuation of the campsite in the event of a weather warning, etc.) or health (possible hospitalisation during the stay, etc.), minors unaccompanied by their parents are not admitted. In addition, Les Bruyères de Carnac campsite is not authorised, within the meaning of decree no. 2002-883 of 03 May 2002 relating to the protection of minors during school holidays, professional leave and leisure activities, to provide group or individual holidays away from the family home for minors under the age of 18, unaccompanied by their legal guardians.
WIFI
There is a charge for wifi. You can buy your wifi connection directly on your device (phone, tablet, computer).

You can deposit valuables in our safe (€5 per day).
Before and/or during your stay, you can reserve bicycles,
- either at reception or on 02 97 52 30 57
- or contact Fred on 07.86.94.71.42, who will deliver them directly to your pitch (for rentals of 7 days or more) or welcome you to his shop, subject to availability. A deposit of €50 for a classic bike and €500 for an electric bike will be required per bike.
You can also buy disposable sheet kits for €12 per bed, consisting of 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet and 1 or 2 pillowcases depending on the kit (ideally ordered at least a week in advance, while stocks last).
SECURITY
In the event of fireabnormal smoke or a burning smell:
- Call the fire brigade 18
- Notify reception/management as soon as possible (02 97 52 30 57)
- If there's smoke, duck down - the fresh air is close to the ground
- Attack the fire with the appropriate fire extinguishers, which are installed on site.
Please be extra vigilant in the event of drought. Cigarette butts must not be thrown on the ground to prevent fires.

- at the sound of the evacuation signal or on the order of the person in charge
- Follow the instructions of the person in charge of evacuation
- Head for the car park at the entrance to the campsite (never go back)

Defibrillator In the event of a heart attack, a defibrillator is available at reception (02 97 52 30 57 or 06 20 59 72 96).
For emergencies onlyAn intercom system is available at reception, on the terrace.
Outside reception opening hours, you can contact the campsite telephone numbers in case of emergency. For information, the technical service is only available during the day. There will be no intervention in the evening or at night for problems with the water heater, electricity, etc.
The children children under 18 years of age are under the sole responsibility of their parents or carers throughout the campsite, including in the games and play areas. As a reminder, children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the pool area on their own.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
We would be grateful if you could comply with the instructions on the notice boards regarding waste management and water and energy saving. If you notice water leaks (or taps that are not closed properly) or lights that are abnormally on, please let us know.
With regard to heating, we thank you in advance for not heating your mobile home above 19°.
In the container room, you will find bins for bio-waste (compost), packaging, household waste, glass, newspapers and magazines. Please respect the instructions for distribution. It is also important that you bring your specific bin bags for each type of bin.
Only charcoal barbecues are permitted on site (a bucket of water should be placed next to your barbecue if necessary). Electric barbecues and planchas, and any other electrical appliances you may bring with you, are not permitted on the site.
OUR FACILITIES :
As you will discover when you arrive, our site is themed " PIRATES" . It is important to be aware that the statues and other pirate installations and decorations must not be damaged under any circumstances, and that the cost of repairs will be billed to the perpetrators should this occur. (As a reminder, the site is under video surveillance). We would also be very grateful if you could protect the statues and ensure that children do not sit on them or climb on them.. Don't hesitate to ask us to take a photo of you and your family near the pirates at the entrance.
- CAMPING PITCHES: almost 40 camping pitches are available for your tent, caravan or camper van. We have a main toilet block and a toilet block at the entrance to the swimming pool. Campsite pitches are available from 2.00 pm and depart before 12.00 pm. When you leave, you must leave the pitch clean and tidy, without leaving any bins or other rubbish.
- The SANITARY are accessible by campers only (holidaymakers who have rented accommodation with sanitary facilities must not use the shared sanitary facilities). They are equipped with washbasin cubicles, shower cubicles and toilet cubicles, and we would be grateful if you could leave them clean when you leave.
Washing-up bins and laundry bins are located on either side of the main toilet block. Please do not leave any rubbish in these bins and respect the use of the bins according to their dishwashing/laundry use.
There is a bin outside where you can clean your shells, windsurfing boards, etc. (without putting any rubbish in it).
A chemical reel cabin is located at the rear of the main toilet block.
The motorhome service area is located to the side of the main sanitary block (free for customers).
We would be grateful if you could leave the areas you have used clean after your visit.
- The RENTALS Mobile homes: we offer mobile homes with 1 to 4 bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms, cabins on stilts and accommodation without sanitary facilities. Arrivals are from 4.00 pm (5.00 pm in July and August) and departures before 10.00 am (please make an appointment for the departure inventory).
- The SWIMMING POOL is heated to 28°C (unless there are technical problems), and can be covered or uncovered as the seasons change. We remind you that the swimming pool is reserved for holidaymakers registered on the booking contracts, and that guests/visitors are not authorised to use it.
It will be open from 10am to 6pm at the start of the season, from 10am to 8pm in July (from 08 July) and August (until 30 August), and from 10am to 6pm from 31 August until closing time. We would be grateful if you could comply with the safety instructions and inform reception/management of any incident.
A small house and a slide are installed in the paddling pool. It is forbidden to move this equipment. The pool is 1.20 m deep at the deepest point. It is forbidden to dive or jump into the pool (risk of breaking legs or neck...). Please read and comply with the pool's house rules, which are displayed in the pool's sanitary facilities, as well as the various notices.
It is forbidden to eat or drink there. Please leave the area clean.
Please go through the foot bath before entering the pool area without your shoes on.
We would like to remind you that children under 18 years of age are not allowed in the swimming pool on their own and that they are under the exclusive supervision and responsibility of their parents. The campsite and its management cannot be held responsible for any breach of the swimming pool rules by users of the pool area.
To safeguard your belongings, lockers are available at the entrance to the swimming pool sanitary block (subject to availability); the management cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft. Keys are available from reception (deposit €20).
VERY SERIOUS DANGER Please note that there is an emergency door that allows you to leave the pool enclosure if you need to evacuate in an emergency. It is strictly forbidden to open this door to let someone in or out simply to avoid the foot bath. The safety of children who might wish to enter the pool without parental supervision is at stake. We would remind you that the child safety gate located in the sanitary block giving access to the pool ensures that young children do not enter the pool enclosure alone. Anyone opening the emergency door without having to evacuate must leave the campsite as soon as possible.

Please only use the wooden chilienne to take photos with Captain Bonebeard (please warn the children too).
– WELLNESS AREA is made up of a spa-balneo, a sauna and a solarium garden. You can book a private session by appointment (€12 per adult for one hour / Area reserved for adults only. Bookings and invoices must be made at reception. The wellness area is open from 9.15am to 12pm and from 2.15pm to 5.45pm at the start of the season, from 9.15am to 12pm and from 2.15pm to 6.45pm in July and August, and from 9.15am to 11.45am and from 3.15pm to 4.45pm in September.
- The RESTORATION POLE "Le Triangle des Pirates is open from 13 April to 14 September 2024 (closing at midday). It offers a bakery (book the day before for the following day), a grocery shop (emergency food), a snack bar and takeaway meals.
- Snacks and takeaways: mixed salads, pizzas, burgers, fish and chips, charcuterie and cheese boards, crêpes...
– The Pirates' Terrace and in front of the Stage You can sit back, have a drink, eat and take part in the entertainment.
- The play areas There's also a zip line, a labyrinth (closed in April) and a home-ball, a trampoline, a play structure and two bouncy castles. Children are the sole responsibility of their parents.
- A Mini-golf (free) located after the mini-farm. Children must be accompanied by their parents. A deposit of €20 per "ball+club" will be required. The equipment must be borrowed and returned after each game, during reception opening hours.
- A Football pitchlocated opposite the mini-farm
– Pétanque court is located to the rear of reception, to the side of the entrance car park
- The mini-farm parks are located in the centre of the campsite. It is forbidden to enter the parks without the express permission of the management. Please only feed the animals hard bread.
- The laundry A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Tokens can be purchased at reception (€5 for washing, €3 for drying). Please read the safety instructions posted in the premises.
- The bin room is located opposite reception, on the side of the entrance car park. Various containers will be at your disposal for selective sorting.
- The Pinède Maya will be a place of rest for some of you, where you can settle down to enjoy the shade of the tall pines, read a book, recharge your batteries...
– If you enjoy cycling or walking, a footpath (150 metres from the campsite) takes you as far as the Carnac alignments, then joins the cycle paths of Carnac bourg and Carnac plage. As you leave the campsite, turn left and then immediately right into the hamlet of Kerogile (among the houses), then right at the small pond. We strongly advise you to use this path as the road is narrow and busy.
For your information, when you leave the car to go to Carnac, you have to turn right, and when you leave the car to go to Auray, Plouharnel or Quiberon, you have to turn left.

– For your safetyPlease note that the campsite is equipped with surveillance cameras.
ON-SITE EVENTS from 05 July to 29 August 2025
- The mini-club " Le Repère des Petits Pirates will be open from 3pm to 5pm (except Saturdays and Sundays) for up to 12 children, aged 4 to 12.
– Disco-Kids : The children will dance in front of you in the evening, at around 8pm, according to the entertainment schedule (and subject to authorisations linked to the health conditions indicated by the Government). Children, don't hesitate to bring your pirate and other costumes!
– Aperitif games At the beginning of the evening, we'll be offering you Aperitif games from 19H30 to 20H on the terrace
– Animated evenings : We can offer you Animated evenings from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. maximum, Monday to Friday (concert, show, dance, karaoke, quiz, blind test, bingo, etc.)
- During the week, we'll be offering Holiday rendezvous, to play Pétanque for example...
– Massages : During your stay, Didier, Masseur, will offer you Well-being massages, Lahochi treatment, Californian, Swedish and foot massages, Lahochi energy treatment. Reservations required on 06.68.74.25.19. Massages can be ordered from the opening to the closing of the campsite.
– Pony rides on Thursdays, Sarah will be offering pony ridesfrom 5.30 pm to 7.00 pm. 5€ per tour, booked by the day before at reception (payment directly to Sarah).
