🔹 Introduction
These internal rules are based on the standard regulations signed by the Minister for Tourismand a force of law.
This national regulation includes a second section which is left to the initiative of the campsite. This second part quotes in full the current definition of a mobile homeThis includes the installation conditions to ensure that it qualifies as a "caravan".
The host reserves the right not to authorise the entry or stay of any person whose behaviour might disturb public order.
1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(According to ministerial circular 99-70 of 5 October 1999)
A) Admission and residence conditions
To be allowed to stay on the site, authorisation from the manager or his representative is required.
Staying at the campsite implies full acceptance of these rules.
No one may elect domicile there.
B) Police formalities
All campers must show proof of identity and complete any formalities required by the police.
Minors may stay only in the presence of their parents or legal guardians.
For foreign nationals, an individual police form must be completed on arrival, specifying :
- Full name
- Date and place of birth
- Nationality
- Usual place of residence
Children under the age of 15 may appear on a parent's card.
C) Installation
Facilities (tents, caravans, camper vans, etc.) must be placed on the pitch indicated, in accordance with the manager's instructions.
D) Reception desk
High season opening times : 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Low season opening times : displayed at the entrance
The office provides useful information on campsite services, supplies, tourism, sports facilities, etc.
A register of comments is available. Comments must be signed, dated and relate to recent events.
E) Royalties
Fees are payable on arrival. They are displayed at the entrance to the site and at reception.
Please inform reception the day before your departure. If you are leaving early in the morning, the formalities must be completed the day before.
F) Noise and silence
Avoid any noise that may disturb neighbours. Noisy appliances = moderate.
Discreet door and boot locks.
Dogs : must be kept on a lead, and droppings must be collected.
No pets allowed on the pool deck.
Total silence between 11.30pm and 7am.
Non-compliance will be considered as night-time disturbance.
G) Visitors and guests
Visitors are admitted with the manager's permission.
Campers are responsible for the people they receive.
A fee is payable if the visitor uses the site's facilities (excluding the aquatic area).
Visitor vehicles are not permitted on the campsite.
H) Traffic and parking
- Maximum speed in the campsite : 10 km/h
- No traffic between 11pm and 7am
- Parking only in designated spaces
Visitor vehicles must remain outside.
I) Cleanliness & Safety
Hygiene
- Sanitary facilities to be kept clean by everyone
- Spreading on discrete dryers only
- No nails or digging in the ground
Fire
- Open fires prohibited
- Charcoal barbecues tolerated as long as they are kept away from plants and have a bucket of water nearby
- Stoves in good condition compulsory
- In the event of fire: notify management, extinguishers available
A first-aid kit is available at reception.
Flight
Campers are responsible for their belongings. The campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft.
Games
Noisy or dangerous games are not allowed near the facilities. Children remain the responsibility of their parents.
J) Dead garage
Absolutely forbidden, except for owners of mobile homes with an annual contract.
K) Display
The rules are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at reception. They are available on request.
L) Offences
In the event of non-compliance with the rules :
- Oral or written warning
- Termination of contract and eviction without reimbursement in the event of a repeat offence
- In the event of a criminal offence, police intervention
